- When and how do I pay?
- We require a 50% deposit before beginning work on a project. Once your project is complete, we'll send you a link to review our work, and upon receipt of the remaining balance, we'll immediately deliver the files to you. We accept all major credit cards. To ensure the security of your payment, we use PayPal for all of our transactions.
- Tell me about the 3-day turnaround time.
- We guarantee to have your XHTML and CSS project completed within 3 business days. If your project involves scripting or dynamic integration (PHP, Wordpress, Joomla, etc), more time may be required. The time frame will be addressed in the initial review of your design.
- Do you offer Javascript coding? What about DHTML, PHP, AJAX?
- Yes, we can incorporate all of these into your site for an additional fee. Just let us know what you have in mind when you submit your design.
- Is your code cross-browser compatible?
- Absolutely. Your site will display properly in Firefox 2+, Internet Explorer 6 and 7, and Safari (Mac). If you need your site to be compatible with another browser, just let us know.
- Do you offer coding for HTML emails (E-newsletters)?
- We do! Our HTML email templates are coded to display correctly in all of the most popular email clients, including Microsoft Outlook, Hotmail, Yahoo Mail, Gmail, and Entourage.
Note: The latest version of Outlook (Outlook 2007) does not support many of the style elements supported in previous versions of Outlook. Because of this, certain design elements, such as use of background images, cannot be achieved in this version.
- I have a design that I need coded ASAP. Do you offer an express option?
- While normally we ask for 3 days to code your design, an express delivery option is usually available for an additional fee. We respond to emails 7 days a week.
- Will your name appear anywhere on the site? I'd prefer that my client not know that I've sub-contracted the coding.
- Our name will not appear anywhere in the code or on the site. Everything we do will remain behind the scenes. We understand your situation and respect your need to keep this work private.
- Can you convert my old HTML into a table-less XHTML and CSS layout?
- No problem. Send us the HTML files or just email us the URL to your current site and we'll convert your site into standards-compliant XHTML.
